This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the ZanatPyro online store, operated by ZANATPYRO SRO, Gutova 3317, 100 00 Strašnice, Czech Republic.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and, where required, after the customer's age, identity, professional qualification or other legal authorisation has been verified.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, destination and the specific transportation requirements applicable to pyrotechnic articles.

2. Shipping of Pyrotechnic Products

Pyrotechnic articles are regulated goods and may be classified as dangerous goods for transportation purposes.

For this reason, ZanatPyro only ships products using transportation methods and carriers legally permitted to handle the relevant products.

Standard postal or parcel services may not be available for certain pyrotechnic products.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipment when a product cannot legally or safely be transported to the customer's destination.

3. Delivery Areas

Available delivery destinations are displayed during checkout.

The availability of delivery to a particular country or region does not automatically mean that every product offered by ZanatPyro can legally be shipped there.

Certain categories of pyrotechnic articles may be subject to additional national or local restrictions.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order may legally be purchased, received, possessed and used in their destination country or region.

Where applicable, customers must provide proof of age, professional qualification, specialist knowledge, licence or other documentation required by law.

Products restricted to professional or otherwise authorised users will not be supplied solely on the basis of an age declaration.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, weight, quantity, product classification and transportation requirements of the order.

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed during checkout or communicated to the customer before shipment where a specialised dangerous-goods carrier is required.

6. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times displayed on our website are estimates only.

Delays may occur because of carrier restrictions, dangerous-goods transportation requirements, customs procedures, regulatory checks, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order has been dispatched.

Tracking availability depends on the carrier and shipping method used.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

ZANATPYRO SRO cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Additional transportation costs resulting from an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery may be charged to the customer where permitted by applicable law.

9. Damaged Shipments

If a package appears seriously damaged upon delivery, customers should avoid handling damaged pyrotechnic articles unnecessarily and should follow the carrier's safety instructions.

10. Compliance and Shipment Refusal

ZANATPYRO SRO reserves the right to suspend, refuse or cancel a shipment where fulfilling the order would violate applicable legislation, dangerous-goods transportation rules, carrier requirements or safety regulations.
